By purchasing a commission, all clients are expected to have read and agreed to the terms of service listed below.

I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason

Process

Please allow up to two weeks for the completion of standard commissions. Full illustrations may take up to a month or more to complete
I am comfortable with deadlines. Please notify in advance of any upcoming dates.
Updates will be received for every step of the process (preliminary sketch, cleanup and colour, finalization)
Revisions may be applied at any time but excess and major revisions (both pre and post completion) may incur an extra charge
Commissioners will be notified of any delays
Finished pieces may be sent to the commissioner's email address upon completion
Major edits beyond finalization are unavailable

Payment

All prices are in USD
Accepted payment Methods include PayPal or Cashapp
All orders under $50 must be payed in full before work may begin
50% down payments are available for orders $50 and up
The required deposits must must be paid within 48 hours for me to retain your slot
All payments are due upon finalization
Illustration prices are starting points, and may vary depending on the complexity and scope of the project
An extra fee may apply for complex designs and characters without reference sheets. Fees vary based on complexity
Complexity is gauged based on colour, texture, markings, accessories, and costume
Full refunds are only available before the initial cleanup or in the case of personal emergencies

By commissioning me, you agree not to copy, redistrubute, generate merchandise, or resell commissioned work unless otherwise discussed. All Rights Reserved
Commissioners may use commissioned work for personal use only unless otherwise discussed (Icons, headers, personal prints, etc)
Commissioners are free to repost their commissioned works with visible credits to me
Commissions may not be used to train Ai or resold as NFTs.
Commissioned work may not be significantly altered beyond light colour shifts or cropping. Extreme edits to the point of unrecognizability is prohibited
I reserve the right post, add, or share finished commissions to my portfolio, social media, or other platform. If the commissioner would prefer to keep the work private, please let me know somewhere during the process
Commissions intended for commercial use will require a contractual agreement. Additional fees may apply.
